본소송 인지대의 1/10. 1천만원 이하: 소가×0.05%, 1억원 이하: 소가×0.045%+500원, 10억원 이하: 소가×0.04%+5,500원, 10억원 초과: 소가×0.035%+55,500원

송달료

1회 5,200원 × 당사자 수(보통 2인) × 6회 = 기본 62,400원. 이의신청·재송달 발생 시 추가 예납.
